All goods are delivered using a UK registered carrier. Once an order is confirmed, dispatch of finished item is between 10-15 working days. We only deliver within the UK.

Our standard range of products are made from pressure treated softwood, a combination of western red cedar and redwood. Hardwood products are made from either European oak, accoya or iroko. We use stainless steel screws where possible or high-quality galvanised screws. Marine grade hinges to avoid rust. The chosen range of paints are from a branded manufacturer of all-weather colours.  

For all standard handmade products, at WHGD we offer the following:

• 14 day cooling off period.

• Once we are notified of an order cancellation, the customer has 14 days to return the item.

• We have 14 days to send a refund from the date the item is received back to us as it was supplied.

• A full refund will be made.

• We do not cover the return delivery charge, as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

• We do NOT offer returns for bespoke custom-made commissions which include Planters, Robot Mower Houses, Obelisks, Sprinklers and Parcel Boxes.

To care for pressure treated timber we use stainless steel or galvanised screws to avoid corrosion. We paint the products with a branded all-weather paint giving each product a minimum of three coats. All products are painted twice before assembly. The third coat applied after assembly.

We recommend a light rubbing down of the wood surface with hot water and soap annually to remove any unwanted build up debris.

Whilst the products are designed to remain outside all year, placing them undercover during winter months will help to protect them from harsh winter weather.

We accept UK Debit and most UK Credit Cards. Once payment is received an order confirmation will be sent by email. A separate invoice can be sent on request.
